I was looking for a housewarming gift for a friend and checked with several online shops. Japan Whisky SG stood out as the most responsive and competitively priced. As I needed the gift urgently for the next day, Sin Hai was the only one who accommodated my request for same-day self-collection.

Response to questions were quickly answered and order was personally delivered by the bossman himself. When I raised a feedback on the condition of the whisky box, bossman offered to swap the entire product immediately with no further questions asked. Bought the Yamazaki Story of Distillery, together with Hakushu Story of Distillery and Yamazaki Distillery Exclusive, and happy to secure the whiskies and with the service I received. Coming from the US I was initially hesitant to buy all the way from Singapore (especially via Wise transfer) but after communicating with the team I felt a lot more reassured.
