Coming from the US I was initially hesitant to buy all the way from Singapore (especially via Wise transfer) but after communicating with the team I felt a lot more reassured. Responses were quick, and they reached out immediately after I ordered to confirm with me. They confirmed immediately when I sent funds; the bottle came quickly and well packed (definitely within a week), and everything was in pristine condition. Looking forward to my next purchase!
