A long aging period reveals the distinctive spice and incense-like aroma of sandal and aloe wood that characterizes this 100% Mizunara whiskey.
Following on from our previous bottlings, this whiskey is an example of our never-ending journey as we experience the development and refinement of Mizunara whiskies.

Nose: Rich and elegant top notes of dark cherry, ripe peach with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Palate: Subtly spiced orangette with a hint of Japanese incense
Finish: Long and lingering, accented with clove, sandalwood and a hint of dried coconut
