The release of Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2025 is a bottle we have eagerly anticipated for this year's addition to the Hibiki Blossom Harmony range. It brings together malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, finished in sakura wood casks to achieve a refined and delicate profile.
On the nose, gentle floral notes of sakura and fragrant olive unfold. The palate reveals a smooth mouthfeel with layers of acacia honey, French pear and a hint of sakura mochi sweetness. The finish is long and rich, leaving a lasting impression of brilliant harmony.
